Our fashion products may be returned if:

• The item was unworn.

• Fault/ Damage in the fabric 

• Please note that we will not cover the charge of the courier for the returned product.  

• EFT refunds will take up to 10 working days to process a refund.

• If we accidentally deliver the wrong order to you, we will organize a courier to collect the parcel and courier the correct order.

• Please note that you may also return the order to the pick-up location. The address will be sent to your customer once the business contact person has arranged a time and location.

We use The Courier Guy as our trusted courier service. Each order will have a Waybill as a tracking number to track your order.  You will be notified via email or SMS of your order waybill confirmation. 

• Standard Delivery: R90 for local, JHB, and Cape Town areas. ( 2-3 working days )

• Outer Regions: R130 ( 2-3 working days)

Pick up Location: Hillcrest ( Further information will be sent a message for precise location pick up) 

Delivery will be free for orders over R1000

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered from the date you placed your order with us!

With “pre-order” items please allow 2-14 working days to process your order and allow for production time.
