Return Policy

Our priority is your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary and we have put in place a comprehensive return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we are here to help you with our hassle-free return policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note the item must be unworn.

 

Refunds & Returns 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded.

Kindly note that we do not cover the courier charge for returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Black Friday sale items or gift cards.​​

​For EFT refunds, please allow up to 10 working days for processing and to reflect in our account.

In the event of a wrong delivery, we will arrange for a courier to collect the incorrect order and deliver the right one.

Additionally, you have the option to return the order to the designated pick-up location. The address will be provided once the customer and business contact person have agreed on a convenient time and place.

Delivery Policy

We take pride in providing exceptional service to our customers. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently, without any delays or issues. CC Designs uses the Courier guy as our trusted courier service to deliver your clothing line orders.

Each order will include a Waybill as a tracking number for you to monitor your package. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order's Waybill details.

 

Standard Delivery: R(x) for local, JHB, and Cape Town areas.

Outer Regions: R(x)

Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Please expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.

For "pre-order" items, please allow 2-14 working days for order processing and production time.

PLEASE NOTE:

Deliveries are restricted to physical addresses and cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

Ensure the provided physical address is regularly occupied during office hours, as deliveries occur between 08:30 and 17:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Each delivery requires a signature and endorsement as a delivery confirmation.

Additional delivery fees may be incurred for outlying areas or specific goods. Any applicable charges will be indicated during the checkout.

Presently, deliveries are limited to South Africa.
